DESCRIPTION

Aceite Esencial obtained by steam distillation of the flowers of the Citrus aurantium tree, originating in the Mediterranean. The bitter orange tree is a citrus tree of the Rutaceae family evergreen that reaches a height of 7-8 meters and with axillary and sharp spines. Its leaves are elliptical, glossy dark green and fragrant; The flowers are bisexual, white and very fragrant (orange blossom) with fleshy and glandular petals. The tree was introduced to Europe through Spain by the Arabs in the tenth century and its culture was basically centered in the area of Seville, where it is still exploited today to obtain the famous Orange Blossom water that is used in pharmacy and cosmetics. The delicate fragrance of Neroli flowers has been associated with purity and its aceite esencial is said to help cope with trauma. Various ancient cultures have applied it to highly emotional energy centers, such as the solar plexus and heart chakra, to purify negative feelings and overcome painful memories of the past.

HOW TO USE

Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Flask is recommended, as heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use maximum of 10 drops of Aceite Esencial in the diffuser. Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum rate of 3% (60 drops of Aceite Esencial per 100mL of Vegetable Oil). Bathtub: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Aceite Esencial in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be able to dissolve in the bathtub. Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Aceite Esencial to a saucepan of hot water with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale covering the head and saucepan with a towel, to keep the steam for longer.
