DESCRIPTION

Aceite Esencial obtained by cold pressing the peel of the fruit of the Citrus bergamia tree, originating in Italy. Bergamot is a citrus fruit of small size and slightly similar in shape to that of a pear, just like its stem. The fruit's flavor is sour and its aromatic skin is used to obtain the aceite esencial. The production of bergamot is limited to the coastal region of the province of Calabria, in Italy, being of such relevance that bergamot is a symbol of the entire province. For some centuries it has been used as a balancer in high perfumery formulations, being the most used top note in men's perfumes and cosmetics. Bergamot Aceite Esencial is a very good balancer of oily skin, also having regenerating and purifying effects. It relates closely to the heart chakra helping it in emotional blockages and bringing light; It has a use closely associated with olfactory or subtle aromatherapy linked to the chakras.

Properties of bergamot aceite esencial . On a cosmetic level: Bergamot Aceite Esencial is a balancer of oily skin, helps fight acne. HOW TO USE

Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Flask is recommended, as heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use maximum of 10 drops of Aceite Esencial in the diffuser. Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum rate of 3% (60 drops of Aceite Esencial per 100mL of Vegetable Oil). Bathtub: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Aceite Esencial in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be able to dissolve in the bathtub. Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Aceite Esencial to a saucepan of hot water with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale covering the head and saucepan with a towel, to keep the steam for longer.
