DESCRIPTION

Aceite Esencial obtained by steam distillation of the roots of the Zingiber officinale plant, originating in China. Ginger is a banana of the Zingiberaceae family, whose underground stem is a horizontal rhizome highly prized for its spicy aroma and taste. The plant grows to be 90cm tall, with long leaves of 20cm. Ginger originated in the tropical rainforests of the Indian subcontinent to South Asia, where ginger plants show considerable genetic variation. As one of the first spices exported from the East, ginger arrived in Europe during the spice trade and was used by the ancient Greeks and Romans. It is known for its great anti-inflammatory power and is recommended to be incorporated into the diet daily to combat inflammatory states and specifically in case of arthritis. It has a great calorific and alkalizing power. Due to its botanical sensitivity, an Asian cultivation origin is required since American ginger is highly acidifying and its use is dangerous.

Properties of ginger aceite esencial : Cosmetic: Ginger Aceite Esencial has several cosmetic properties, as it is anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and tonic. On an emotional level: Ginger Aceite Esencial stimulates energy and at the same time helps to combat nervous exhaustion, relieving tiredness and chronic fatigue. It transmits warmth to the heart and discovers dormant feelings. Memory enhancer, Works with states of apathy and resignation. Together with Nutmeg Aceite Esencial and Clove Aceite Esencial , it works with vertigo of unconscious origin.

HOW TO USE

Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Flask is recommended, as heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use maximum of 10 drops of Aceite Esencial in the diffuser. Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum rate of 3% (60 drops of Aceite Esencial per 100mL of Vegetable Oil). Bathtub: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Aceite Esencial in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be able to dissolve in the bathtub. Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Aceite Esencial to a saucepan of hot water with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale covering the head and saucepan with a towel, to keep the steam for longer.

Except in the opinion of an expert, do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 3 years of age. If swallowed: call a poison control center/doctor immediately. In case of irritation or rash: consult a doctor. Hazard Indications: Can be fatal if swallowed and penetrated into the respiratory tract. It can cause an allergic reaction on the skin.

CONSERVATION

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.

For body use, dilute to a maximum concentration of 3%.
