DESCRIPTION

Aceite Esencial obtained by steam distillation of the Thymus mastichina plant, originating in the Mediterranean. Marjoram is a very aromatic bush with persistent, opposite, simple, small leaves with white flowers; It is an endemic species of the center and south of the Iberian Peninsula. It is extremely decorative and gives off a very pleasant characteristic smell, which is due to thymol or its derivatives, present in greater or lesser quantity in the plant depending on the humidity and temperature conditions in which it has lived. Introduced to Europe during the Middle Ages, possibly as a result of the Crusades, at that time it was called indigenous oregano. It was administered to the monks of the Middle Ages in some monasteries so that they could feel better about themselves. Marjoram Aceite Esencial is very interesting for treating disorders of nervous origin and all their repercussions on the body.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Properties of marjoram aceite esencial : On a cosmetic level: Marjoram Aceite Esencial has antioxidant properties, so it is an oil for detox treatments, it is also a dermoprotectant, astringent and deodorant. Marjoram Aceite Esencial is not recommended for cosmetic purposes, as it has a muscle-detightening effect, and could cause sagging. On an Emotional level: Marjoram Aceite Esencial is ideal for states of stress, obsessions or sexual imbalances; It is a good addiction reliever. It can also help in eating disorders (obsession with the physique,...).

HOW TO USE

Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Flask is recommended, as heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use maximum of 10 drops of Aceite Esencial in the diffuser. Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum rate of 3% (60 drops of Aceite Esencial per 100mL of Vegetable Oil). Bathtub: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Aceite Esencial in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be able to dissolve in the bathtub. Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Aceite Esencial to a saucepan of hot water with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale covering the head and saucepan with a towel, to keep the steam for longer.

CONSERVATION

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
