DESCRIPTION

Aceite Esencial obtained by steam distillation of the Mentha piperita plant, originating in India. Mint is a genus of perennial herbaceous plants with highly branched stems, between 30 and 70cm tall with petiolate, opposite, oval leaves, between 4 and 9cm long and 2 and 4cm wide. Both leaves and stems are usually slightly hairy. It is included among the most widespread aromatic herbs and is appreciated for its characteristic refreshing aroma. It is used in gastronomy, as well as in other uses such as pharmaceuticals. It is an ideal aceite esencial for those who have a tendency to heaviness of spirit as a result of excessive mental activity. It helps to combat occasional moments of headache providing a feeling of freshness and lightness. Peppermint Aceite Esencial is therefore a first-line aceite esencial for use in cases of mental fatigue.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Properties of peppermint aceite esencial : On a Cosmetic level: Peppermint Aceite Esencial is astringent, decongestant, refreshing and tonic. Used especially in the treatment of circulation problems and heaviness of the legs, helping to treat retention or cellulite derived. On an Emotional level: Peppermint Aceite Esencial refreshes and clarifies, promotes concentration and reduces mental fatigue. It is a highly recommended aceite esencial for periods of projects and studies.

HOW TO USE

Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Flask is recommended, as heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use maximum of 10 drops of Aceite Esencial in the diffuser. Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum rate of 3% (60 drops of Aceite Esencial per 100mL of Vegetable Oil). Bathtub: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Aceite Esencial in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be able to dissolve in the bathtub. Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Aceite Esencial to a saucepan of hot water with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale covering the head and saucepan with a towel, to keep the steam for longer.

CONSERVATION

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.

For body use, dilute to a maximum concentration of 3%.
