DESCRIPTION

Aceite Esencial obtained by steam distillation of the Rosmarinus officinalis plant, originating in the Mediterranean. Rosemary is an aromatic, woody, evergreen, highly branched and occasionally squat shrub that can reach up to 2 meters in height. The young stems are covered with linters that disappear as they grow, as they age they become reddish and with cracked bark. The flowers are about 5mm long, pale blue, violet, pink or white and very aromatic. It is a plant native to the Mediterranean but currently grows in many areas of Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and California. Its name comes from the Latin "Rosmarinus" which means "Rose of the Sea", in ancient Egypt the branches were burned with incense and placed on the bodies of deceased pharaohs to help them seek a new better life. Rosemary is a symbol of love and friendship, it was considered to give the power of concentration, activate memory and promote remembrance. It brings good luck and protects against negative energies.

HOW TO USE

Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Flask is recommended, as heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use maximum of 10 drops of Aceite Esencial in the diffuser. Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum rate of 3% (60 drops of Aceite Esencial per 100mL of Vegetable Oil). Bathtub: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Aceite Esencial in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be able to dissolve in the bathtub. Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Aceite Esencial to a saucepan of hot water with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale covering the head and saucepan with a towel, to keep the steam for longer.

CONSERVATION
