DESCRIPTION
Aceite Esencial obtained by steam distillation of the flower stems of the Lippia citriodora plant, originating in the Mediterranean. Verbena is also popularly known as Hierbaluisa or Verbena de Indias, it is a plant of the Verbenaceae family native to South America. It is grown as an ornamental plant and for its medicinal properties as well. It is a shrub up to three meters high, its leaves are grouped in trimer whorls and have a length of up to 7cm. These leaves are lanceolate, pique, with a smooth or very finely serrated margin and have a very short petiole of light green like the bundle. On the underside are the oil glands which are visible and are responsible for giving off a strong fragrance reminiscent of lemon and somewhat minty. Verbena Aceite Esencial is considered a great aromatic antidepressant, its action lies in bringing joy and almost immediate well-being; This aceite esencial when used in the diffuser has a life-giving and invigorating action.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Properties of verbena aceite esencial : On a cosmetic level: Verbena Aceite Esencial has antioxidant properties for the skin, helping to free radicals and, therefore, reduce stress. It has soothing properties due to its anti-inflammatory effect and can be used for its brightening effect and as a melanin regulator. On an emotional level: it is a tranquilizing aceite esencial with a marked anti-stress effect. It is a good anxiolytic in situations of bad thoughts, so it brings calm and harmony. This calming action of the atmosphere when used in a diffuser also helps to fall asleep better due to the general relaxing effect of Verbena Aceite Esencial .

HOW TO USE
Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Flask is recommended, as heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use maximum of 10 drops of Aceite Esencial in the diffuser. Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum rate of 3% (60 drops of Aceite Esencial per 100mL of Vegetable Oil). Bathtub: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Aceite Esencial in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be able to dissolve in the bathtub. Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Aceite Esencial to a saucepan of hot water with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale covering the head and saucepan with a towel, to keep the steam for longer.
PRECAUTIONS
Read the label before use. Keep out of reach of children. If medical advice is needed, have the product packaging or label handy. Except in the opinion of an expert, do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 3 years of age. If swallowed: call a poison control center/doctor immediately. In case of contact with eyes: rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Removing contact lenses, if you wear them, is easy. Keep clarifying. In case of irritation or rash: consult a doctor. Hazard Indications: Can be fatal if swallowed and penetrated into the respiratory tract. It causes serious eye injuries. It can cause an allergic reaction on the skin.
CONSERVATION
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
