DESCRIPTION

The Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Preparation is a formula that is especially relaxing and soothing, thanks to the essential oils of Lavender and Chamomile. It is indicated above all to help fall asleep so that it is deep and restorative, since it also provides a sedative effect and causes a feeling of happiness, peace and inner calm.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

On a cosmetic level: the Essential Oils of the Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Preparation have dermoprotective, regenerating and toning properties at the skin level. On an Emotional level: the Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Preparation helps to promote a harmonious environment to combat falling asleep more restfully, inviting relaxation and finding the peace necessary for a deep sleep.

INGREDIENTS

CITRUS AURANTIUM DULCIS PEEL OIL, CITRUS AURANTIUM AMARA LEAF/TWIG OIL, LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA OIL, THYMUS MASTICHINA HERB EXTRACT, ORMENIS MULTICAULIS OIL.

HOW TO USE

Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Flask is recommended, as heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use maximum of 10 drops of Aceite Esencial in the diffuser. Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum rate of 3% (60 drops of Aceite Esencial per 100mL of Vegetable Oil). Bathtub: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Aceite Esencial in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be able to dissolve in the bathtub. Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Aceite Esencial to a saucepan of hot water with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale covering the head and saucepan with a towel, to keep the steam for longer.
